Optimised Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Locum Consultant ENT Surgeon to join our growing elective healthcare service. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a patient-focused organisation dedicated to reducing waiting times and delivering outstanding clinical outcomes through high-quality planned care.
As a Locum Consultant ENT, you will play a key role in providing specialist outpatient consultations, post-operative follow-up care, and elective surgical procedures including Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), Septoplasty, and Tonsillectomy. Working alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver efficient patient pathways while maintaining the highest standards of safety, governance, and patient experience.
The successful candidate will provide consultant-led ENT care across elective outpatient and surgical services, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. You will assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of ENT conditions, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient experience at all times.
