Collaborate with analysts to develop parts stress, thermal, radiation effects, and vibroacoustic analyses for your designs
Drive the development, planning, and execution of risk-reduction, acceptance, and qualification test campaigns
Create and review documentation (e.g. test plans, test procedures, work instructions, electrical schematics)
Incorporate Design-for-Manufacture (DFM) or Design-For-Test (DFT) principles as you guide new designs through development, first article builds, and volume-production
Utilize manufacturing test data and trends to drive improved design requirements
Collaborate with Manufacturing on the development and procurement of special fixturing or test equipment to support manufacturing and test operations
Lead product failure investigations in an integrated product team environment driving necessary changes to design, manufacturing, or test
Perform other duties as assigned
