What You'll Do
As a Business Office Assistant at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll:
Patient Check-In/Check-Out
: Greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure accurate registration
Insurance & Payments
: Verify insurance coverage, calculate procedure estimates and collect co-pays,
Chart Management
: Review charts for accuracy and completeness, prepare for next-day services
Team Support
: Assist clinical staff and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office

What You’ll Need
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in a medical office setting
Working knowledge of Epic (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion
Ability to
multitask
and remain flexible throughout the day

Schedule: PRN (as needed), On-Site
The MRI department has five locations: Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Peachtree City, Stockbridge & Johns Creek.
The ideal candidate would be willing to travel to at least three of the five locations.
Operational days are 7 days a week up to 12 hour days depending on location.
