We are seeking an experienced and proactive
CAFM Systems and Compliance Manager
to join our Estates and Facilities team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our estates, facilities and property services operate safely, effectively and in full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead and monitor compliance with planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory and mandatory requirements across Estates and Facilities services.
Develop and maintain comprehensive PPM programmes, ensuring maintenance activities are completed and accurately recorded within CAFM and Trust systems.
Produce compliance reports and documentation, demonstrating performance against agreed KPIs and service standards.
Monitor delivery against maintenance schedules and programmes of work, identifying and addressing any areas of non-compliance.
Work closely with Service Managers to review performance, track actions and drive continuous improvement through regular governance meetings.
Oversee contractor performance, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, compliance standards and Trust expectations.
Ensure contractors adhere to the Trust's Safe Working Policy, Permit to Work procedures and all relevant health and safety requirements.
