Salary: £57528.00 to £64750.00
Do you want to be part of a highly supportive, multi-disciplinary team, who are forwarding thinking and fully support staff development?
Provide specialist systemic assessment and formulation for inpatients with complex eating disorders and co-occurring mental health difficulties.
Deliver evidence-based family and systemic psychotherapy interventions to patients, families, carers, couples and wider support networks.
Offer group supervision sessions to the MDT
Manage a complex caseload with autonomous clinical decision-making
Support staff in developing their systemic thinking and practice through teaching, consultation, and supervision.
Offer highly specialist systemic consultation to MDT colleagues regarding systemic aspects of care, risk, engagement, and recovery
