We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team as a Research delivery team leader. In this pivotal role, you will act as the vital link between Oxford Health and the University Department of Psychiatry, and the wider research community.

To adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) E6(R3) Research Governance Framework, national and local practices and policies.
Case/Patient Management
Audit/Inspections
Support the development and delivery of a comprehensive range of training and education opportunities for staff, service users, and students where required.
To provide cross-cover, and work collaboratively, with other RDT Leads to deliver research and assist with clinical trials, as required by the needs of the organisation.
