What You'll Do
As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plumbing systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and components
- Perform inspections and identify long-term solutions for customers
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repairs
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
- Respond to service calls and emergency plumbing situations as needed
- Maintain high safety standards and follow all workplace regulations
- Accurately document completed work using ServiceTitan software
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction
What You'll Bring
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Plumber
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work when required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (MJ OK)
