Redwood Cove Healthcare Center in Ukiah is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our compassionate and skilled team. We have On-call status for AM/PM /NOC

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents’ health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in developing and implementing care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies
- Supervise CNAs and other support staff to maintain quality resident care
