As a Home Health & Hospice RN, you will
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Utilize your
- critical thinking and assessment skills
- to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform a range of essential nursing skills.
Work

What You Need to Succeed
Required
Current
New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Required
Valid
Driver's License
and
insured vehicle.
Key Skills
Ability to work

- organizational skills, and the ability to travel throughout the agency's service area.
Education
Associate's degree or higher in nursing.
Work Environment
On the road
Traveling to patient homes within the designated service area.
Day shift
with a
rotating weekend and on-call supplemental schedule.
