Hybrid and remote flexibility
What You Will Do
Manage litigation cases
Handle personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases from litigation through settlement, trial, or other resolution.
Develop case strategy
Evaluate liability, damages, case value, and litigation strategy tailored to each client.
Handle litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents; take and defend depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Prepare for trial
Prepare witnesses and exhibits, work with experts, and participate in trial proceedings as appropriate.
Advocate for clients
Communicate regularly with clients, guide them through the litigation process, and negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
Work with the team
Work closely with legal assistants, paralegals, attorneys, and experts to move cases forward efficiently.
What You Bring to the Table
- Active Wisconsin State Bar membership in good standing.
- 2+ years of litigation experience preferred; personal injury or plaintiff litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and client care.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
What We Offer
Salary Range: $95,000–$300,000+, depending on experience, litigation background, and trial experience
