Position Summary
We are seeking a
Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
to join our home health team in beautiful
Missoula, MT
. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety
- Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the care team
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA license in the state of Montana (or ability to obtain)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
