Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our Home Health team serving the beautiful Oregon Coast.

What You'll Do
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and agency standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families regarding disease management, medications, treatments, and self-care.
- Identify changes in patient status and intervene appropriately.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in case conferences and care coordination activities.
- Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life.
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Home Health experience preferred but not required.
