Goals
We call this position a "Success Champion."
Your mission as our Success Champion will consist of helping our photobooth owners succeed with their photobooths and our other products. One of your goals is to reduce incoming ticket count by 2% month over month.
- Understand and answer all customer support questions using your personable nature
- Educate your team members about products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date
- Increase customer delight through extraordinary customer service
- Demonstrate empathy through verbal and written responses
- Monitor and respond to Facebook posts about technical support matters
- Lead customers towards the right products, upsell, and/or help schedule a call with our sales team
