We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team and make a positive difference to the people we support. The post holder will provide high-quality, evidence-based
medical care to patients in a primary care setting. Duties include consulting
with patients, diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions,
prescribing medications, referring to specialist services where appropriate,
and contributing to the ongoing management of chronic diseases. The role also
involves supporting preventative health measures, maintaining accurate clinical
records, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and
effective patient care.
The post holder will work as a Salaried GP within the practice, providing high-quality, patient-centred general medical services to our registered patient population. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the practice team and wider multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective and compassionate care.
