Expo who can own the pass, keep tickets moving, and make sure every plate is ready for its moment in the spotlight.
If you love a good rush, notice the little details, and know teamwork is the secret ingredient, we want you on our crew.
We take our pizza seriously. Ourselves? A little less. Expect great food, big personalities, and a team that loves pizza, dogs, and having a damn good time at work.

- You’re the connection between the kitchen and the dining room, making sure the right food reaches the right guests, looking its best.
Give every plate its final quality check: correct order, great presentation, and all the finishing touches
Cut, garnish, and plate pizzas with care
Keep tickets organized and communicate clearly with cooks and servers
Catch mistakes and speak up before food leaves the kitchen
Jump in to run food and support the team during the rush
Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for action
Use quieter moments to fold boxes, prep supplies, and get ahead of the next rush

Have sharp eyes and quick feet

Communicate clearly and enjoy working with a team
Take pride in getting the details right
Are comfortable speaking up when something needs fixing
Bring restaurant experience, especially expo experience, or a willingness to learn
Have a Food Handler certification or are willing to obtain one
