We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health and Home Hospice role. This position offers a mixed caseload of home health and hospice patients and is ideal for an RN who enjoys building strong patient relationships and working independently in the field.

About the Role
This is a field-based position working with both home health and home hospice patients. You will manage your daily patient visits, provide skilled nursing care, and be supported by a collaborative clinical team.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (or ability to obtain)• At least 1 year of RN experience• Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day (not shift work)• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
