About the role

Due to retirement and structural change, we are seeking an exceptional pharmacy technician to support the practice team, and patients.
Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and optimising medication regimens for patients.
Provide advice on medication management to patients, healthcare professionals, and the multidisciplinary team.
Correspond with secondary teams if clarification needed of prescribing plans.
Deal with all discharge medication reconciliation.
Support health board prescribing incentive schemes and clinical audits.
