Description
PleasureLand RV Center is hiring a full-time Parts & Shipping Associate to help customers, process parts orders, ship and receive products, and keep inventory organized. No RV experience is required — we will train the right person.
This is a great fit for someone with experience in customer service, warehouse work, shipping and receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, automotive parts, retail sales, or logistics.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support our parts operation by helping customers, processing orders, handling shipments, and keeping inventory organized.
Responsibilities include:
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with parts questions and orders
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Pick, pack, and ship outgoing customer orders
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
Stock, label, and maintain parts inventory
Update order and inventory information in company systems
Help load and unload shipments as needed
Keep warehouse, receiving, and sales areas clean and organized
Work with team members to complete orders on time
Provide friendly, helpful customer service
What We’re Looking For
A strong candidate will be:

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Able to stay productive in a busy work environment
Willing to learn and take direction
Able to follow through on tasks without constant supervision
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and heavier items with team assistance or equipment
Helpful Experience, But Not Required
Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:
Customer service
Parts sales
Shipping and receiving
Warehouse or inventory work
Order fulfillment
Retail sales
Forklift operation
Automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or equipment parts
