Position Details
Start Date:
ASAP until December 22nd, 2026
Schedule:
Elementary School, Part-Time, 3 days per week, 7:40 am to 2:40 pm
Location:
Tinley Park, IL
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide IEP counseling services and social-emotional support
Attend and participate in IEP meetings
Complete IEP documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with school-based special education teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Engage with families and community-based supports when appropriate
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Professional Educator License (PEL)
with a School Social Worker endorsement
Experience in schools or special education is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major asset but not required
Passion for inclusive, student-centered support and school collaboration
