About the Role
Provide speech and language therapy services in a school-based setting. You’ll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy services, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication, learning, and overall success.

- What You'll Do: Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation
Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable
What We're Looking For
- Must Have: Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Preferred: One or more years of school-based Speech-Language Pathology experience
- Experience managing school-based caseloads and IEP compliance
- Familiarity with student information and IEP documentation systems
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams
