What You’ll Do
As a PTA, you’ll partner closely with licensed Physical Therapists to support residents through recovery and functional improvement in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.
Assisting residents with mobility, ambulation, and therapeutic exercises
Implementing individualized therapy plans using manual techniques and assistive devices
Monitoring and documenting patient progress timely and with accuracy
Educating and motivating residents throughout their recovery journey
Ensuring compliance with therapy protocols and safety standards
Partnering with the therapy and nursing teams to support patient-centered outcomes
Staying current with best practices through continuing education
What You Bring
Active Oregon PTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs)
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Valid CPR certification
6+ months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care
A compassionate, team-oriented approach

Requirements
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program
Licenses/Certification:
Current state PTA licensure
Valid CPR certification
Experience:
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
