Responsibilities
- Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Document patient progress following regulatory and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance activities.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.2. Current state Physical Therapy license.3. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum 1 year of experience required.
