We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Paramedic to join our friendly and supportive team at The Mandeville Practice , based in Aylesbury , on either a full time or part time basis. This role offers flexibility and an excellent opportunity for a Paramedic seeking to maintain a good work life balance while continuing to deliver high quality, patient centred care.
The Paramedic will act as a specialist clinical resource, working autonomously within the community to assess, diagnose, treat, refer, or signpost patients presenting with undifferentiated or undiagnosed conditions related to minor illness or injury. Collaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, the role involves delivering holistic, patient-centred care, supporting self-care and informed decision-making. The post holder will also be required to carry out home visits and must have access to a vehicle, with reasonable travel expenses reimbursed in line with the organisations policy.
