About the role
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience leading food service, dining, or kitchen operations
ServSafe Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Experience managing high-volume meal service and special events or catering
Strong menu planning and recipe development experience
Knowledge of food and labor cost controls, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and develop team members
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
