Salary: £38983.00 to £46882.00
In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to the individual needs of patients.
Develop, implement and review person-centred treatment plans, supporting patients to achieve meaningful goals and improve daily functioning.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to assessments, care planning, risk management and clinical decision-making.
Provide clinical leadership and support to junior occupational therapists, students and other members of the therapy team.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure all practice is delivered in line with professional standards, Priory policies and best practice guidelines.
