Working 30 hours per week, we can offer flexibility on the days worked however Fridays will be a core day.
You'll manage a caseload of patients with complex mental health, neurological and physical needs, delivering specialist assessments and tailored treatment plans while working closely with the multidisciplinary team. You'll also lead and develop a small therapy team, including one Occupational Therapy Assistant and one Activities Coordinator, providing clinical supervision, guidance and support.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping patients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life through person centred, evidence based care.
