Supporting Foot Health in Primary Care
The Podiatrist will
provide routine podiatry treatment, preventative foot health interventions and
follow-up care within the primary care network and GP practices Patients will
typically be referred into the service following triage, assessment or referral
from the First Contact Podiatrist, GP or other appropriate healthcare
professional.
