About the Job: The Barista serves quality beverages in a clean, organized environment demonstrating exceptional hospitality.
Baristas must have the ability to:
- Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures.
- Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines.
- Maintain, stock and clean barista area.
- Back up all food service area including cashier as needed.
- We want to make sure each guest gets their perfect brew so must have at least 6 months experience working as a BARISTA to be considered
