Structural Steel Layout & Fit-Up Fitter Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Pay: Up to $28/hour, based on experience 2nd Shift Differential: +$3/hour Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Fitter to prepare and fit steel components for fabrication. This position requires strong layout and measurement skills, the ability to work from shop drawings, and experience positioning and aligning structural steel prior to welding.
