Community Case Manager

As a Youth Case Manager , you’ll work directly with children and teens through engaging, TBS-focused activities designed to build confidence, improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, and develop positive behaviors.

Your day might look like:

• Creating art to practice self-expression and emotional regulation
• ·
• Playing sports while working on teamwork, communication, and frustration tolerance
• ·
• Using games and activities to build problem-solving and social skills
• ·
• Getting outside and practicing coping skills in real-world settings
• ·
• Helping youth practice independence and life skills in the community
• ·

Finding creative ways to make therapeutic skill-building

• Is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping youth succeed
• ·
• At least 21 years of age
• ·
• Has a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• ·
• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.  Able to provide proof of insurance.
• ·
• Preferred experience in social work, counseling, human services, EHR system use, and professional documentation helpful.
