What You’ll Do
Residential HVAC Service & Repairs
- Diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential homes
Weekend Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
- Identify and resolve HVAC system issues, including comfort and air quality concerns
Preventative Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure reliable, efficient system operation
Customer Communication
- Clearly explain findings, solutions, and system recommendations to homeowners
System Performance Optimization
- Recommend products and services that improve comfort, efficiency, and system longevity
Technical Accuracy
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and manufacturer specifications
Code & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all work complies with national and local HVAC codes and safety standards
Digital Documentation – Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations using ServiceTitan
Professional Service Experience
- Deliver a respectful, trustworthy, and customer-first experience on every call
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
HVAC certification
- or equivalent trade/technical school training
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality systems
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software (preferred, not required)
- Strong customer communication and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
