Compensation: $130,000 base + commission
The Opportunity
Response Labs is a growing CRM and performance marketing agency and we're ready to accelerate. We're looking for a senior individual contributor who lives to hunt: someone who builds relationships, opens doors, and closes business. This is a high-visibility, high-upside role with direct CEO access and no bureaucracy between you and your commissions.
If you've spent years growing a book of business and you're ready for a platform that will actually let you run, this is it.
What You'll Do
- Own the full new business cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, close
- Build and maintain a pipeline of enterprise and multi-unit brand targets (CRM, Loyalty, Paid Media)
- Work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team on proposals, presentations, and deal strategy
- Represent RL at industry events and client meetings (~15% travel)
- Manage and optimize sales tools and CRM (AI, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach)
What Success Looks Like
Year one: 4-6 new client relationships with an average deal size of $150K+. We'll define the ramp together.
What You Bring
- 5–10 years in business development, agency sales, or enterprise services sales
- A personal network in marketing, CRM, loyalty, or digital media and a track record of activating it
- Comfort selling complex, consultative engagements (not transactional)
- High accountability, self-starter mentality, zero interest in corporate politics
Compensation
Competitive base + uncapped commission. We'd rather pay you more because you're crushing it.
