Shift Schedule: 12 Hour 2/2/3

*Shift will rotate from days to nights on a monthly basis

Responsibilities

Your Role

• As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for supporting production by maintaining equipment in the operating departments and the process support equipment for the plant.
• You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
• Locate and replace defective components.
• Teach, coach, and mentor line operators in preventative maintenance processes.
• Prepare assemblies needed for certain lines to minimize maintenance downtime.

Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance for production equipment.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Your own tools and toolbox.

• Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree or two-year technical degree in a related field.
