Slosburg Real Property, one of the city’s largest owner-managers of Class A commercial properties, is seeking a motivated individual to join our
Commercial Maintenance / Grounds Crew
team.

Responsibilities
Complete light maintenance repairs, including basic electrical and plumbing work
Perform general grounds maintenance
Weeding, planting, and mulching
Trash and debris removal
- Light snow removal and sweeping of entryways
- Replace light bulbs and perform routine upkeep
- Respond to maintenance work orders
- Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Ability to communicate professionally and work independently is required
- 1–2 years of basic maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical equipment preferred
HVAC Certification and/or EPA Certification
- preferred
- Groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus
- Dependable and punctual with the ability to pass a background check
- Must have a reliable vehicle and personal set of tools
