Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team in Bel Air, MD!

Compensation
- $18 - $25 an hour based on experience
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday - Friday
- Hours vary

What you’ll do
- Welcome patients and set the tone for their entire visit
- Own the schedule and keep the day moving smoothly
- Handle phones, insurance verification, and collections with confidence
- Partner with the clinical team to keep operations tight
What we’re looking for
- A natural with people. Patients should feel like guests
- Calm under pressure. Multitasking doesn’t rattle you
- Dental front office experience preferred. We’ll train the right person
- Dentrix experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
- A team player who takes initiative without being asked
