About the role
Salary: £10,500 a session
The post will be
based at Ghafoor Family Practice, which is a small however, growing single
handed practice currently located at Nye Bevan House, Rochdale. We are looking
for two salaried GP positions to share ten weekly sessions. Experience in loan
working within Primary Care is desirable.
The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. Responsibilities will reflect requirements of the NHS GP Contracts, and as such may be subject to change as services adapt.

In accordance with the practice timetable, as agreed,
the post-holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties
including surgery face to face, telephone and online consultations and queries,
visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and
dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.
