If you are hired, you will...
Create an all-around enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
Welcome and greet customers with a smile and provide them with answers to their questions
Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need
Help customers locate items to find the produce they need, and provide recommendations
Help lead and motivate the produce department team
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and motivate team members
Order, stock and rotate fresh fruit and vegetables
Ensure all produce is fresh and safe to eat
Remove produce that shows signs of spoilage
Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
Follow all health regulations and safety standards
Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

Requirements
A few things you’ll need…
Candidates must be 18+ years or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds.
Be able to stand and walk for up to the entire duration of your shift.
