Salary: £39959.00 to £48117.00
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed CAMHS Practitioners to join the Getting Advice Team Pathway within the Single Point of Access function.
To provide individual support for young people, their families and carers within Getting Advice SPA to explore ways of improving mental health and well-being via effective screening and triaging of referrals
To support the efficient management of referrals into CAMHS - including onward referral, signposting, support to access appropriate services and guidance
Collection of relevant data to demonstrate effectiveness of service
Management of potential crisis situations and effective risk assessment
