Salary: £38488.00 to £46852.00
he purpose of this role is to support the Associate People and CulturePartner and wider People and Culture team to provide basic Peopleand Culture support with regard to resourcing, organisational change,employee relations (ER) and terms and conditions of employment. Therole will support the modernisation and performance of the workforce.The post-holder must exercise a high degree of initiative, be able towork under pressure and can prioritise their own workload. The role willsupport the People and Culture team in aiding the division(s) inachieving key performance indicators (KPI's). The role is responsiblefor ensuring professional customer focused People and Culture adviceand support is provided.
To assist the People and Culture team with the production of monthlydivisional reports including data presentation, when required.
