The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust Hospital are inviting applicants to apply for a consultant geriatrician post in the Department of Health Services for Elderly People (HSEP) at the Hampstead site.
This role will be predominantly focused on TREAT(Triage and Rapid Elderly Assessment Team). The TREAT service delivers early Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) for older adults presenting with frailty in line with NHS England Acute Frailty and British Geriatric Society guidance. The role will also support a consultant-led liaison service to frail and complex patients on the HSEP (Health Services for Elderly People) ward and developing our frailty liaison service.
