Salary: £32519.00 to £33739.00
Prepare labels using the pharmacy computer system and correctlyassemble prescriptions, ensuring each item is accurately dispensed andin the correct packaging, according to standard operating procedures(SOP). Organise the timely supply of out of stock medication to patients,prioritise and delegate to other pharmacy team members whennecessary.Communicate any delays in supply to the appropriate person. Counsel patients on the use of their dispensed medications, offeringadvice and answering any queries.To provide information and advice to nursing and medical staff on allaspects of drug usage and availability.Receive deliveries from suppliers and manufacturers.
