What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support throughout the moving process
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Verify move details, timelines, and logistics with customers and association partners
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure every move runs smoothly
- Resolve issues quickly while providing a positive customer experience
- Support daily operations by managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, moving, or a related field
- Experience working with Granot or a comparable CRM system (required)
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
