Service Dispatchers at SameDay Heating & Air Plumbing and Electrical, are a driving force of our brand. . You’ll connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales teams while keeping the day running smoothly across
HVAC,
Plumbing,
and
Electrical
.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians.
Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls.
Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen.
Manage technician on-call schedules.
Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams.
Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns.
Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation.
Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed.
Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals.
Requirements

Has a strong customer service mindset.
Can work well with technicians, managers, customers, and multiple departments.
Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and
make things happen

Learns technology and new systems quickly.
Experience with
ServiceTitan, dispatching, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus!
