Knowledge and Skills
Competent to provide prescribed medications and drug information as needed to ensure adequate patient care according to professional standards/practices and hospital policy/procedures.
License and Certifications
Current, valid Pharmacist license to practice pharmacy in the state of California. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
Equipment
Computer; Equipment related to the compounding of pharmaceuticals.
Physical Requirements
Able to perform the essential physical duties as noted on the job description.
PAY RANGE
$58.35 - $87.53
