Are you a licensed Nursing Home Administrator who believes leadership is about serving others first?

What You’ll Do
:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the center’s operations
- Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork
- Lead and develop department heads and frontline associates
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
- Drive quality outcomes and satisfaction
- Manage financial performance
- Build strong community relationships

What We’re Looking For
:
- Active Georgia Nursing Home Administrator license
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Skilled nursing leadership experience
- Strong regulatory knowledge
- Servant leadership mindset
