About the role
You will have
- A Level 2 Certificate of Food Hygiene
- Experience of catering
- Knowledge of basic food preparations such as sandwiches, salads, etc.
- Knowledge of Natasha’s law
- Knowledge of allergy legislation
The ability to read and complete simple instructions, such as cleaning rota, work rota, temperature control.
