Overview
Position: Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist - Hand Therapist
Location
- 6401 NW 39th Expressway, SNU Sawyer Center, 3rd Floor, Bethany, OK 73008
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience
- Incentives: Up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief
- Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for our
outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Responsibilities
Collaboration
Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.
High Standard of Care
Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
Personalized Treatment
Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
Relationship-Building
Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
