Weekend On-Call LPN (Friday 4:30pm-Monday 8am)

Weekends On-Call - Altoona, Pa
LPN License and valid Driver's License required
Currently seeking Altoona, PA based LPNs to fill a casual weekend on-call position at Senior LIFE.
Benefits of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- $200.00 Guaranteed Stipend ( if scheduled for whole weekend )
- $30.00 hourly rate for home visits
Paid Mileage
On Call phone and lap top provided
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- fielding phone calls from members
- triage via phone or in home visits
- consultation with on-call physician and documentation
Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Must have a current state of Pennsylvania LPN License
Must have a valid Driver's License
