The
role of the Health Care Assistant is extremely varied and requires quick
thinking, the ability to put patients quickly at ease, working within set
appointment times and working to set protocols. It is important that the post
holder is able to remain calm under pressure, is efficient, organised and can
be considered by patients and colleagues as friendly, caring and approachable.
