An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Safeguarding & Vulnerabilities Team as a
Band 5 Reducing Restrictive Practice Nurse/Practitioner
. This innovative role will support the Trust's commitment to delivering least restrictive, trauma-informed and person-centred care across all clinical services. The post holder will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to reduce the use of restrictive practices, prevent and manage violence and aggression through early intervention, and improve outcomes and experiences for patients, families and staff.
